Leading Innovatia since 2001, Roxanne brings over 30 years experience in the Telecommunications and Knowledge Management industries. Roxanne works directly with the Innovatia Leadership Team to drive innovation and transform the products and services we deliver to our clients. A true leader with a passion for information technology and R&D, Roxanne is also a strong believer in the community, serving on a number of local and national boards and committees.

Part of the Innovatia team since 2005, Dave is a true leader with a passion for Sales, Marketing, and Product Development. With over 27 years experience in the Telecommunications and Knowledge industries, Dave also plays an active role in the promotion and development of Information Technology within New Brunswick, serving on a number of boards and committees.

Kavitha is focused on building a strong presence in India, leading a diverse, high-performing team that delivers world-class solutions for our clients around the world. Her keen sense of business intelligence, and leadership style are a perfect fit for our growing international team.

Carolin is a high-energy leader with a wealth of experience in knowledge management, customer relationships, business management, technology, sales, and consulting. Carolin utilizes her technical education and background, her analytical mind, her focus on the customer, and her effective coaching style to provide innovative solutions for our customers.

John is a results-oriented Senior Financial Manager and Professional Accountant with over 30 years of success. With his vast financial experience, John is able to provide key financial and operational direction to help drive sales and profitability. Due to his keen eye for detail, John has established rapid credibility throughout Innovatia, and with our Financial partners. Outside of Innovatia, John serves on a number of Financially-focused boards and committees.

As key figure in Innovatia’s Research and Development team since 2007, Mike brings a focused background in Information and Communication Technology, along with resource and project planning, account management, and business development experience. From the development of software, to refining the use of patented Single Source technology, Innovatia’s R&D team is critical to our business, and the industries we serve.

Blair is an Information Technology Professional with over 27 years of Marketing, Product Development, and Technical experience, with a proven history in Sales leadership. From pre-sales support to development and deployment, Blair is dedicated to growing Innovatia’s product and sales opportunities within the Oil & Gas sector, most notably Procedure Accelerator.
