This module engages New Reservation Sales Agents right from the beginning of their learning program. It features Wyndham imagery, animations, and basic interactions to help learners get to know the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts group. (Note that some logos and brand names have changed since this module was released.)

Booking Basic Reservations

In this module, New Reservation Sales Agents learn how to book reservations with SynXis Voice Agent. Custom graphics, software simulations, and interactive screenshots make their experience fun and easy. Note that this module does not have audio narration; this was intentionally omitted to make content updates easier.
