What Kind of Training does Innovatia provide?
We provide training on Avaya, Avaya NES, GENBAND, Cisco, Movius, Microsoft, business skills and a broad portfolio of telecom carrier training.    

Does Innovatia sell the same courses to everyone or can you customize the training to suit the customer’s specific needs? 
Not only do we provide Authorized Vendor Training, we also customize training to suit your company’s needs. That can mean just adjusting an existing course or building an entirely new course based on a full needs assessment.

Can you provide Avaya Training right now?

Is Innovatia purely a Training Company or do they provide other services? 
Did you know that Innovatia develops technical documentation for major OEMs in addition to the corresponding technical support? This means that when you are having trouble understanding a document during a training course, in many cases, we can actually go to the writer who developed that document and resolve the question. It also means that when we receive a number of calls in our technical support center, we can often integrate these questions into new training.
