HALIFAX, NOVA SCOTIA, CANADA – As the 20th year of celebrating emerging entrepreneurs concludes, Ernst & Young have revealed the award winners for the 2013 Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in Atlantic Canada. Innovatia’s co-CEO team of Roxanne Fairweather and Dave Grebenc brought home the award in the Information Technology category.

“Entrepreneurs have an immense impact on our local and national economies that goes well beyond the bottom line,” says Jim Lutes, Atlantic Entrepreneur of the Year program director. “These business leaders seize the day and create jobs, no matter what the local economic forecast. EY has said it before and we’ll say it again – entrepreneurs really are helping build a better working world.”

This announcement comes after a year of significant growth and expansion for Innovatia with a number of new jobs created in New Brunswick and beyond to fulfill client demand.
