OTTAWA, ONTARIO, CANADA – February 27 2018 – We would like to extend a big welcome to our new VP Business Development – Technical Support, Glenn Skinner. Before joining Innovatia Glenn has proven his expertise through his work with companies including Nortel and most recently Avaya where he managed a global team of over 2000 Technical professionals. Glenn has over 30 years of experience with technology-based products and an extensive background managing global operations. He has demonstrated leadership in transforming businesses while effectively managing profitability and operational efficiencies. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge, as well as a relentless advocacy for his Customer and the “Service Experience.”

Glenn assumed his new role with Innovatia at the beginning of February, reporting directly to Roxanne Fairweather. He is excited to start collaborating with his team and learn about how our technical support services lead to customer success. Glenn will be based in Ottawa, Ontario, and will have his first visit to our headquarters later this month.
