Innovatia wins big at Contact NB Awards of Excellence Gala

June 14, 2010 SAINT JOHN NEW BRUNSWICK, CANADA – At the Annual Contact NB Awards of Excellence Gala in Fredericton on June 10th, Saint John-based Innovatia was recognized with 3 Awards of Excellence for its achievement in operational excellence.
“There are over 100 contact centers in New Brunswick, so it is an honour to be recognized in not one, but three categories by our industry peers,” says Tina Melvin, Director or Frontline Support Services at Innovatia. “Our team is committed to providing best-in-class contact center services to our global clients, and we work hard to achieve excellence every day.”
Innovatia took home the most honours of any contact center winning awards in three categories for small contact centers:
- Community Involvement Award
- Most Environmentally-Friendly Award
- Training and Performance Excellence Award
Innovatia also recognized two of its employees for outstanding contribution to the business in the non-competitive categories of Leader of the Year (Mike Blaquier) and Employee of the Year (Charlene Moore).
