Innovatia delivers training in over 50 cities and countless customer sites throughout North America and globally. We consistently achieve high-quality results, with an average score of 4.4 out of 5 for our overall service, and an average score of 4.5 out of 5 for instructors in all modalities.

Innovatia provides the required infrastructure to deliver training for our clients including laptop hardware, hosted virtual lab networks, and in-class equipment. In addition, we have a significant team of over 50 instructors for various technical content areas and we maintain several strategic relationships, which provide access to additional instructors as required.

Instructor-Led Classroom Training

Instructor-Led Classroom Training is conducted in an in-person classroom environment.  Most courses also include access to lab equipment to perform hands-on exercises.

Instructor-Led On-Site Training

Instructor-Led On-Site Training brings a qualified instructor, and equipment as required, directly to your worksite.  A minimum of 8 students is required, in addition to a properly-equipped room, to conduct the training.

Virtual Classroom Training 

Virtual Classroom Training is online learning, facilitated in real time by an instructor.  Virtual learning is enabled through the use of Centra software.  Benefits of Virtual Training include:

• Training can be completed from any location in the world that has reliable Internet access, including the student’s home or office.
• Virtual training maximizes the customer’s training budget by eliminating travel costs and decreasing time commitments.
• Two-way voice over the Internet enables the student to ask questions and receive answers instantaneously, just like traditional instructor-led training.
• Lab equipment is accessed in real time to demonstrate interactively how theory is applied to a real-world environment.

Self-Paced Training                                 

Self-Paced Training provides the flexibility for the student to learn, at their own
pace, from any location in the world that has reliable Internet access, while still delivering the high level of quality instruction expected from Innovatia.  Courses are available online through a learning management system.

Blended Training

Blended Training combines Virtual Training and Self-Paced Training into one comprehensive learning experience.
