In 2002, Innovatia undertook primary eLearning research with a major customer in the United States. This initiative helped us identify keys to successful eLearning experience, providing us with valuable research to improve and enhance our products and services. More importantly, this initial research highlighted the value of continuing our focus on learner-centric research.

With funding from the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency Atlantic Innovation Fund, Innovatia has since embarked on a $7.6 million research journey to uncover better ways to design, produce, and deliver knowledge products such as technical documentation, training modules, and technical support operating procedures.

Our research has produced practical and applicable processes and tools to help today’s businesses overcome knowledge challenges. In an era of information overload, Innovatia’s research is helping companies reduce costs, improve employee performance, and enhance productivity.
