Avaya and Innovatia are pleased to announce the execution of an agreement that welcomes Innovatia to the community of Avaya Authorized Learning Partners. This designation authorizes Innovatia to provide training and certification for Avaya Channel Partners in Unified Communications, Contact Center, Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Communications Solutions, and Data.
Innovatia is now an Authorized Learning Partner for both the Avaya NES and the Avaya product lines, giving our customers the ability to train on both products and to do crossover training as they move over to Avaya.
Courses are offered through public classroom, customer onsite training, and instructor-led virtual classroom.
